“The Dawnless Night – Forged in Cold” is the next step in The Dawnless Night Series. It is a short story collection, including 4 short stories written by U. G. Gutman and Tea Danilović, as well as 2 short stories written by the winners of this contest.

Here’s the gist:
Write a short story set in the world of Winds of Strife and submit it here.
Note that, by submitting, you agree to all terms and conditions.
The short story should be 2500-8000 words long, in any style.
If you want your story to be canonical, submit it to the “Canon” category.
If not, submit it to the “What if” category.
A winner will be chosen for each category.
Each winner will receive 100$ as a cash prize, and will be added to the short story collection “Forged in Cold”.
Each winner will also be credited on the cover.
The vision of this contest is to help writers put their names out there.
Through this contest, you can get published without thinking about expenses or marketing. Just write what you like, keep it in the frame of the Dawnless Night universe, and we will make the rest happen!
